General Orientation is held at the TNI Building First Floor Conference Room (4410 Medical Drive). Clinical Orientation for RN's and LVN's is held at the TNI Building First Floor Conference Room (4410 Medical Drive). Clinical Orientation for PCA's is held at Metropolitan Methodist Hospital (Classrooms 1 & 2, located in the basement) (1310 McCullough Ave.) Meditech training is held in the MHS Building at 8109 Fredricksburg Rd. General Orientation is held each Monday for all new employees from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm	Wed: The week preceding General Orientation, 8-5 PBDS Assessments @ PBDS Assessment Center 1st Floor, 8109 Fredricksburg Rd. (Old Women's and Children's Hospital) Mon: General Orientation Tues: 8:00-11:30 Clinical Orientation 12:30-5:00 Meditech Training @ 8109 Fredricksburg Rd. Wed: 8:00-11:30 Clinical Orientation 12:30-5:00 Meditech Training @ 8109 Fredricksburg Rd. 		1. Employees for all facilities will park in "F" Lot (Located on Ewing-Halsell, across the street from Texas Transplant Institute) & ride the shuttle to the Oakhills Bldg. then walk to TNI. 2. When parking at Metropolitan Hospital use Parking Lot "A", located on the north side. (Laurel & McCullough)
What is PBDS? Performance Based Development System is a method used by Methodist Healthcare System to assess employees on their ability to do their job. Based on the findings of the PBDS assessment, the employee's orientation will be individualized.
